CABERNET
SAUVIGNON

This Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve has an intense ruby color with some reflections of violet. It is filled with intense aromas of blackberry and cassis, surrounded with subtle hints of vanilla and cinnamon. The 8 month aging process in French oak barrels results in a well-balanced wine with a long persistence in the throat. Pair it with rich food such as beef stew and risotto.

MERLOT

Subtle aromas of herb, spice, vanilla, and almond will come out of your glass. Complex flavors of dark cherry and dark chocolate characterize the palate. The wine is well balanced with natural tannins having a soft lingering finish. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 8 months. Serve at 16-18ºC with roasted chicken or lasagne.

CARMENERE

Very deep ruby red color. On the nose, very intense aromas of dark red fruit and herbs. There are also subtle notes of spices, vanilla and licorice. Concentrated and persistence, very ripe tannins. Enjoy it with seared tuna and roasted Mediterranean vegetables.

SYRAH

Intense aromas of ripe black fruits like black cherries and blueberries characterize this Syrah Reserva. The French oak aging adds aromas of tobacco and leather. A silky palate and elegant tannins contribute to a pleasant finish. Serve between 16ºC-18ºC with grilled lamb meat and roast beef.

CHARDONNAY

This vintage Chardonnay shows its characteristic aromas of tropical fruits such as papaya and mango, blending harmoniously with honey, vanilla and toasted scents developed through barrel aging. The mouth offers a full, well-structured body with balanced acidity, leaving a soft finish with fresh, fruitful aromas. This wine is the perfect match with fine rich fish such as turbot or pumpkin ravioli.

SAUVIGNON
BLANC

This crystal-clear Reserva Sauvignon Blanc has a sophisticated and elegant nose with aromas of lime, grapefruit, pineapple, and pear complemented by floral and mineral touches. An elegant palate with crisp acidity. Best enjoyed at a temperature of 10-12ºC with seafood and green vegetables.
