CABERNET
SAUVIGNON

This is a young wine with ruby-red hues. The bouquet reveals fruity aromas typical of the variety, together with notes of fresh herbs and hints of vanilla. The wine has good tannins, is medium-bodied and well-balanced with good persistence.

MERLOT

This Merlot is characterized by an intense red-violet color with cinnamon and nuts aromas. In nose intense, with touches of herbs and toasty Wood. Serve between 16ºC-18ºC with sweet breads and mature chesses.

CARMENERE

This Chilean Carmenere from Curico Valley is always vibrant and magic. Varietal recognized and awarded globally. The wine is inky dark-purple in colour. Warm, plumy fruit aromas are surrounded with smoky, toasty scents. Freshblack plums and blueberries rise up with swirling and carry over intact on the palate.

CHARDONNAY

Greenish-yellow color. Aromas of pineapple, passion fruit and bananas, also hints of minerals. It has good acidity, which makes it very fresh, medium-bodied and with a nice finish. Serve between 10ºC - 12ºC with seafood and shrimps.

SAUVIGNON
BLANC

This wine is greenish-yellow in colour and very clean and bright. The bouquet is very intensely aromatic with notes of citrus fruit, reminiscent of lime peel, and a touch of pineapple. This is well-balanced wine with good acidity. In the mouth, it is young, sparkling,well-balanced and light.
